Reservation Request

FBCC Reservation Request

Reservations are made through the campus-wide AdAstra system. New reservations for the following academic year will typically be processed after June 15th (please submit after that time).

Room rental and equipment fees are listed here.

  • University of Tennessee Recognized Student Organizations are able to reserve space and equipment FREE OF CHARGE.
  • University of Tennessee Departments are able to reserve space FREE OF CHARGE for business related meetings and activities, but are subject to fees for equipment usage.
  • Individuals and Non-University Organizations are subject to fees for use of space and equipment usage.

Certain events and all fund-raising activities may require the completion of a Solicitation Form, which must be approved by the Office of the Dean of Students at least seven (7) days in advance of the event. The requestor will be notified through e-mail if a Solicitation Form is required. Failure to submit a solicitation form, if required, will cancel your reservation.
