Biography

Anderson is native of Memphis, TN and joined the Multicultural Student life staff in December 2017. Anderson is an Alumni of UT where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a concentration in Public Administration and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Business Administration from UT as well.

Anderson is passionate about his faith in God, and serving the community through his life given purpose of being a servant leader. Which stems as his why with wanting to help students succeed in every endeavor. With a realization of his purpose beginning in 2013 by working at the Boys and Girls Club in Knoxville and continuing to strive within his purpose within his former role of Program Director at the Wesley House community center.

In his spare time Anderson loves to read, watch movies and documentaries, coach and play basketball, as well as spend time with his family and friends. Anderson lives by the motto, “No struggle, No progress”- Frederick Douglass
