The Inroads to UT: Multicultural Student Symposium is hosted annually by the Multicultural Mentoring Program (MMP) and the Office of Multicultural Student Life. This symposium is designed to support first-year students of color and immerse them in life at the University of Tennessee prior to classes starting. Symposium participants will engage in meaningful activities with emphasis on their academic, social, and personal development. Students will develop relationships and network with upper-class mentors, UT faculty and staff, in a fun and welcoming environment. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, learn about campus, and discover what resources are here for your growth and development. There is no cost to participate in the symposium, therefore space is limited. We promise a great time!
Inroads to UT 2016 dates:
Tuesday, August 16th, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
